    20 Minute AMRAP:
    Max Pullups
    Run 400m

    For this workout, you will do as many pullups as possible without coming off the bar, and when you stop, you need to run 400m before resuming pullups.

    If you are substituting for pullups: jumping pullups, banded pullups, bent over row, ring row, renegade row, etc…the same rule applies, if you stop pulling, take a lap.

    One strategy for this workout is not killing yourself on the first few sets of pullups but rather selecting a number of reps that you can sustain for many rounds, and be quick on the run.

    Slow run? You’re gonna have to ratchet up the reps of pullups on each round.

    6x 400 m runs

    Good advice on picking a “set” number on the initial reps. I was able to crush out more rows. Surprised my 400 m times improved! Keep them coming @johnnymac!!!

    Btw, this one really helped with all my nervous energy today…baby #2 is imminent!!!
