-you can use a sandbag or barbell, or whatever you have. Weight range of 45-95# is good.
-Pullup substitutes: banded pullups, jumping pullups, bent over rows, table row, ring row, renegrade row
Visual Learners, this is a thruster:
6 full sets, 75 lbs sandbag. Sub sandbag rows for pull-ups. I owe another ruck for yesterday! Keep me coming!!!
I think I’m out for awhile. Any extra time will be spent improving fences and barns improvements for a horse that is coming to live with us.
