4 Rounds for Time of:
20x Box Jumps
15x Ground to Overhead
10x Sandbag Getups
-for the box jumps, you can use a fallen tree, low retaining wall, etc (roughly 24″). I suggest stepping down instead of jumping down
-Ground to overhead means you are taking a weighted object (barbell, dumbbells, sandbag, packpack, etc) and taking the weight from touching the ground to overhead, with elbows locked out and shoulders fully open (“show your arm pits”)
-Sandbag getups are going from a standing position, with sandbag on shoulder, to lying face up on the ground, back to standing

FRAGO: go light-ish on the weight and set a cutoff time on this one
Today was a fail for me. I decided to do this back to back with yesterday’s workout to catch up. I was using a 95# barbell for Ground-to-Overhead and 101# sandbag for the getups. I got to muscular failure on the getups with 2 reps left of round 3. I struggled to get another rep for 4 minutes and then pulled the plug.
