I just went on Amazon and bought a 3 Doors Down album. Not necessarily because I’m a fan (I guess there music is good), but because they had the balls to play the inauguration when most others puss’d out.
I think it would be great if their album sales spiked!

Not real familiar with their work, but like their Citizen Soldier song.
They are good and were big about 15 years ago.
I hear you Jeff
I thought the show that was put on went well. The whole thing was quite an awesome experience. Bravo
I don’t dislike 3 Doors Down by any means, I just wished they didn’t play the same exact sound for the past 20 years lol.

I ferried them out to the Med for their 2002 Navy MWR tour. Very good bunch of guys. They used to have a pic on their website from up in the cockpit. Toby Keith also did a lot of military shows. I flew him and the band down to Gitmo one year.

IIRC, the “wheelchair range yeehaw” bit from a previous thread here, the Three Doors Guitarist or vocal [?] was a participant in that class.
Apparently a fairly pro-2A fella for the music scene, so…
It’s funny… all the older groups that I never really got into are the ones still with what seems to be a last shred of common sense left in the music industry.
If you’re in the market for music, All That Remains is another group that is pretty openly pro-2A.
Their older stuff circa “the fall of ideals” album was their best stuff if you like hardcore metal, but their new stuff is still better then most “metal” [my ass] on the radio these days.
