First I want to make clear this isn’t just a Florida problem, it’s just the one I know most about.

Voter Fraud is a Nationwide problem happening in most U.S. States.

He is a refresher from Threads right here on the MVT Forum:

MVT Thread Corruption in Government November 12, 2016.

See those three Blue counties in Southern Florida.

There is a reason why they are always the last to finish reporting their Precincts.

It isn’t because they are incompetent or the large population numbers.

It’s because they try to create votes needed and you have to know how many you need!

Back in 2012 they were too helpful and had many Precincts reporting more Votes counted than registered Voters!

    Shocking, not!

The nationwide average for the Statue of Limitations for Voter Fraud is only 2 years.

MVT Thread Various VOTERS REPORT SEEING TRUMP VOTES SWITCH TO CLINTON BEFORE THEIR EYES… November 8, 2016.

So if the votes were changing to trump would this be the Narrative?

Some Problems Reported As Voters Head To Polls

    Excerpt:

Election judges in Clinton Township, Butler County confirmed there were issues with two of their eight automated voting machines. Most of the issues came when people tried to vote straight party ticket.

However, other said they specifically wanted to vote for Republican Donald Trump only to see their vote switched before their eyes to Democrat Hillary Clinton.

“I went back, pressed Trump again. Three times I did this, so then I called one of the women that were working the polls over. And she said you must be doing it wrong. She did it three times and it defaulted to Hillary every time,” Bobbie Lee Hawranko said.

    Consider this…

Officials have recalibrated the machines and are confident that the problem has been resolved.

How about pulling the machines for forensic examination?

Election judges in Clinton Township, Butler County confirmed there were issues with two of their eight automated voting machines.

Two of eight machines is a big deal! 25% of a precinct adds up quickly!

Ballots switch to Hillary before voters’ eyes

    Excerpts:

In Philadelphia, Democrat Party bosses were reportedly booting GOP election monitors from minority-laden precincts.

Joseph Defelice, Pennsylvania GOP chairman, says Democrats on the polling boards across Philadelphia are banning Republican poll watchers and minority inspectors from entering the poll sites.

Chairman Defelice told The Daily Caller, “They’re just not letting them inside. They’re either poll watchers or minority inspectors. Minority inspectors are court appointed whereas poll watchers are mandated through the city to be inside that polling place.”

“They’re saying, ‘We don’t want you here. We don’t have Republicans in here. We’re full already. I don’t know what that piece of paper is.’ This happened in 2012. We made a big issue out of this.”

Hard to cheat when being watched!

    As already stated:

Election judges in Clinton Township, in Butler County, Pennsylvania, confirmed there were issues with two of their eight automated voting machines. Most of the issues came when people tried to vote straight-party ticket, CBS Pittsburgh reports.

She did it three times and it defaulted to Hillary every time,” Bobbie Lee Hawranko told CBS Pittsburgh.

    And add these to that…

A problem with the calibration of electronic voting machines in Lebanon County has caused 5-6 machines to represent straight Republican tickets as straight Democratic tickets, said Michael Anderson, director of the Lebanon County Bureau of Elections, the Lebanon Daily News reported.

One or even two machines could be a glitch, but as many as eight machines changing votes from Republican to Democrat in two different PA Counties is obviously a criminal act!

    And…

Voting machines are malfunctioning in some parts of Ohio, New York, Texas and other states, according to local media reports, the Hill reported.

About six hours after polls opened on Tuesday, voters have reported malfunctioning machines in multiple locations.

Most reports have come from New York, Illinois, North Carolina, Kentucky, Texas and Ohio, according to Electionland, a nonprofit project in partnership with ProPublica.

    And…

A Georgia voter for Donald Trump was nearly prevented from casting his ballot because of an alleged computer glitch.

Todd Saine told TMZ he was checking in to his polling place at Columbus Technical College Tuesday morning when the polling staff told him he already voted, and couldn’t cast another vote.

Saine said he was forced to wait in line with many others who had the same problem. Eventually, a supervisor for the Columbus County election board came to the polling place to sort out the mess.

    Already voted? Imagine that!

Who and by what method were these votes cast?

Why isn’t this being treated as a criminal act?

    These need to be investigated!

We’ve seen sufficient evidence of these Socialists pulling this type of fraud in the various Veritas reports and Wikileaks releases.

Regardless of the Election outcome this needs to be investigated and if HRC pulls this off why should we be expected to accept these results‽

Leaked Documents Reveal Expansive Soros Funding to Manipulate Federal Elections

    Excerpt:

Leaked funding documents reveal an effort by George Soros and his foundations to manipulate election laws and process rules ahead of the federal election far more expansively than has been previously reported.

The billionaire and convicted felon moved hundreds of millions of dollars into often-secret efforts to change election laws, fuel litigation to attack election integrity measures, push public narratives about voter fraud, and to integrate the political ground game of the left with efforts to scare racial minority groups about voting rights threats.

These Soros-funded efforts moved through dozens of 501(c)(3) and (c)(4) charities and involved the active compliance with civil rights groups, government officials, and purportedly non-partisan groups like the League of Women Voters.

The leaked documents also reveal deliberate and successful efforts to manipulate media coverage of election issues in mainstream media outlets like the The New York Times.

…keep some degree of political power will depend on decisive action on voter fraud…

McConnell: No Federal Money for Investigating Voter Fraud

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said he would not spend federal funds investigating what President Trump says is “massive voter fraud in the 2016 presidential election.”

McConnell told CNN’s Jake Tapper that, although there are instances of voter fraud, he believes that it’s not “as widespread as Trump claims” and that combating voter fraud should be an issue “best left to the states” instead of the federal government.

“Election fraud does occur,” he told CNN’s State of the Union, adding that “there’s no evidence that occurred in such a significant number that it would have changed the presidential election.”

“I don’t think we ought to spend any federal money investigating that. I think the states can take a look at this issue. Many of them have tried to tighten their voter rolls, tried to purge people who are dead,” McConnell said.

Trump says he lost the popular vote by three to five million votes because of illegal immigrants in a meeting with congressional leaders at the White House, the Hill reported.

On Jan. 25, Trump called for a “major investigation” into the alleged voter fraud that would crack down on people registered in multiple states and deceased citizens still on voter rolls.

He reportedly considered signing an executive order on the subject, but “the administration has not taken any public action on the issue in roughly the past 10 days.”

Despite McConnell’s reluctance to investigate the issue at the federal level, Trump is still standing by his claim that illegal immigrants cost him the popular vote.

“Many people have come out and said I am right,” Trump said in an interview with Fox News’s Bill O’Reilly.

    Who pays McConnell’s way?

Voter Fraud: 670 Ballots Cast in Georgia Precinct with 276 Voters

    …and then this…

Expert: 170 Registered Voters in Ohio’s 12th District Listed as Over 116 Years Old

    Excerpt:

Consider that 170 registered voters listed as being over 116 years old still existed on the rolls of Ohio’s 12th Congressional when GAI accessed the data last August.

    How likely is that?

Exclusive–Eric Eggers: November Midterms ‘Poised for a Tsunami of Voter Fraud’

    Excerpt:

Eggers said, “[The GAI] performed a nationwide first-of-its-kind study to look at actual votes that were cast in the 106 election. We combined all the publicly available voter rolls that we could get, and we hired a data consultant and contracted with a commercial database … and what we found was stunning. We found that in the state of Florida, in 2016, there were 2,100 double-votes that were cast. That means 2,100 times, somebody that lives in Florida cast a ballot, and then cast a second ballot in a different state. … That’s nearly four times what the margin of victory was in the presidential election in 2000.”

    November 5, 2018 at 4:19 pm

…but Dade/Broward in the South will be the last to report results as always. So they can try to stuff the ballot boxes.

    @g-w-n-s
Well, I’m awfully glad red Floridians got out to vote today. Just heard on the news that Broward, my county to my great disgust, had “just discovered” several thousand lost votes. You said it would happen!

If you look at the Counties that have still not finished reporting here in Florida they are all Democrat controlled.

    Imagine that!

We need serious enforcement of Voting laws, this isn’t the first time and it won’t be the last until we get this straightened out.

Many of these Precincts have had up to 175% reporting in the past!

Think about that, how can you have more votes than registered voters?

Next up an update on B-) what’s currently happening!

Governor Rick Scott warns of ‘rampant fraud’ possible in Broward, Palm Beach counties

    Excerpt:

TALLAHASSEE (FOX 13) – Governor Rick Scott delivered a blistering report Thursday on the offices of supervisors of elections in Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Addressing the media in front of the governor’s mansion, Scott said there could be “rampant fraud” in the election practices of the two counties.

Scott said at the end of election night, the Broward County Supervisor of Elections Office said 634,000 votes had been cast.

By 2:30 p.m. Thursday, the office reported 712,040 ballots counted with an unknown number of ballots remaining.

Scott said his office has filed a lawsuit and is asking the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to look into the matter.

Governor Scott said the officials in those counties were trying to “steal the election and thwart the efforts of voters in Florida.”

    Bold mine for emphasis.

    Excerpt:

Scott said a judge ruled last year the office of Brenda Snipes illegally destroyed ballots in 2016.

Scott also said Snipes’ office posted results in 2016 before the polls closed. FOX 13 News has not independently verified this detail.

He added that Palm Beach County was refusing to provide information about the ballot count to the public. He said they were also illegally denying party officials access to the ballot counting area, forcing them to stand behind a glass wall with limited visibility and no ability to hear what counters are saying.

And if that isn’t bad enough!

Turmoil in another Florida election: Slow counts, ballot design questions and conspiracy theories

    Excerpt:

The eyes of the state, and nation, were on Broward County — where thousands of ballots were still being counted two days after Election Day.

Republicans reacted furiously, offering conspiracy theories about Democrats and their lawyers plotting to steal elections. President Donald Trump weighed in Thursday night, writing on Twitter about “another big corruption scandal having to do with Election Fraud in #Broward and Palm Beach.”

    Among the questions:

    — Why did nearly 25,000 people voted for governor but not for U.S. Senate in Broward? A common theory was that because of the way the Broward ballot was designed, with the Senate race in the left-hand column below the instructions, some voters missed the contest.

    — Why was the vote counting going so slowly? When counting resumed Thursday, tens of thousands of ballots remained to be processed, long after other counties had everything counted and results reported to the state. Broward elections chief Snipes blamed the volume of mail-in ballots, many of which were received just before the 7 p.m. deadline on Tuesday.

    This could get really ugly!

Florida Official Overseeing Vote Count Destroyed Ballots, Accused of Not Removing Dead Voters from Rolls

    Excerpt:

The Florida official put in charge of counting votes in Broward County — the most liberal county in the state — for the gubernatorial and Senate race previously destroyed voter ballots, a judge ruled, and was most recently accused of not removing dead voters from the voter rolls.

Broward County Board of Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes is in charge of vote counting in the area and has yet to disclose how many ballots are still not counted despite the election for governor and Senate occurring two days ago.

Currently, in the Senate race, Republican Rick Scott is leading Democrat incumbent Bill Nelson by more than 20,000 votes. Nelson is hoping for a blowout in Broward County to push him over the edge for re-election.

Snipes was confronted by local media about why the vote count in Broward County has taken so long.

“Could I please get a moment to go into the room and find out?” Snipes asked the group huddled around her. “OK, when I come back I’ll let you know.”

“But, Dr. Snipes, it is now Thursday,” Weinsier said. “We are still counting ballots in Broward County.”

“We’re counting five pages or six pages for each of the people who voted,” Snipes said.

“But other counties have been able to do it,” Weinsier said.

In May, a judge ruled that Snipes had violated state and federal law after she destroyed voter ballots in the state’s 2016 congressional election. In the race, former Democratic National Convention (DNC) Chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz won re-election by less than 7,000 votes against Democrat primary challenger Tim Canova.

The next year, when Canova asked to review the paper ballots in the race, it was revealed that Snipes destroyed the ballots only 12 months after the primary. Federal and state law mandates that ballots not be destroyed until 22 months after an election.

The case exposed that Snipes’ staff had opened ballots in private in 2016 on election day.

Just last year, Snipes’ office was taken to federal court by President Trump’s administration after being accused of keeping felons, noncitizens, and dead voters on the voter rolls in Broward County and at one point having more voters on the rolls than actual voters in the district.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) blasted the slow-moving vote counting in Broward County and the fact that Snipes — despite her scandals — is in charge of the process.

“Broward election supervisors ongoing violation of Florida law requiring timely reporting isn’t just annoying incompetence,” Rubio posted online. “It has opened the door for lawyers to come here & try to steal a seat in the U.S. Senate & Florida Cabinet.”

Broward elections supervisor illegally destroyed ballots in Wasserman Schultz race, judge rules

    Excerpt:

Snipes called the action a “mistake” during testimony she gave in the case, saying the boxes were mislabeled and there was “nothing on my part that was intentional” about destroying the contested ballots.

“When I sign, I sign folders filled with information,” Snipes said in her testimony, later adding: “I trust my staff. They have the responsibility of giving me information that’s correct.”

Circuit Judge Raag Singhal ruled Friday that Snipes wrongly destroyed public records because:

    — The elections office is required to maintain the ballots in federal elections for 22 months, while Snipes destroyed the ballots after 12 months, which is the retention period for state elections.

    — The ballots were the subject of a pending lawsuit, so it would take a court order from the judge in the case to allow their destruction.

Florida Recounts for Senate, Governor Likely Beginning of a Long Battle

    Excerpt:

The Miami Herald reported on the latest developments Thursday afternoon:

Nelson’s campaign believes the final vote total will continue to move in their favor and his election lawyer, Marc Elias, declared on a conference call Thursday morning that the senator will be victorious and by the end of the month, he’ll be preparing for a fourth term in Washington.

“At the end of this process Sen. Nelson is going to prevail,” Elias said. “I am very measured in how I treat what I say. When I say it is currently a jump ball … I mean that.”

Elias is “the attorney who infamously retained Fusion GPS to produce the largely discredited anti-Trump dossier on behalf of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign, [who] has been retained to represent Sen. Bill Nelson’s recount efforts in Florida,” Breitbart News reported Thursday afternoon.

“Let’s be clear: When Elias says ‘win,’ he means ‘steal,’” Gov. Rick Scott said in a statement late Thursday:

It is sad and embarrassing that Bill Nelson would resort to these low tactics after the voters have spoken clearly. Maybe next, he’ll start ranting that Russians stole the election.

Rick Scott: Left-Wing Activists, Democratic D.C. Lawyers Trying ‘to Steal This Election’

    Excerpt:

In an interview Thursday on Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” Florida Governor and Republican United States Senate nominee Rick Scott discussed the controversial recount in Florida that is seeing Scott’s big lead shrink away.

“We got some left-wing activists. We got some Democratic D.C. lawyers. They’re down here for one purpose, to steal this election,” Scott told host Sean Hannity.

He added, “Sean, they’ve found 78,000 new votes since election day, two days ago, in Broward County, and 15,000 more votes in Palm Beach. We don’t know how many more votes they’re going to come up with, but this sure appears they’re going to keep finding as many votes as it takes to win this election.”

Donald Trump Denounces ‘Crooked’ and ‘Shady’ Behavior in Florida Elections

    Excerpt:

President Donald Trump spoke to reporters as he left the White House for his trip to Paris on Friday, warning that Democrats were involved with “crooked” and “shady” things while counting votes in the Florida election.

“There’s a lot of crooked stuff going on. It always seems to go the way of the Democrats. … All of a sudden, out of the wilderness, they find a lot of votes,” Trump said. “What’s going on in Florida is a disgrace.”

Trump expressed concerns about the history of voting in Broward County, where thousands of new votes supporting Democrats were being reported.

He also warned that Attorney Marc Elias was involved with representing Democrats; he is from the same law firm connected with the phony Russia “dossier” used to prompt the Russia investigation.

“You notice the votes never go the other way? They hire lawyers, and they never go the Republican way,” Trump said.

He urged reporters to investigate the election in Florida and the history of shady actions.

“Just press ‘Broward County, slash election’; there’s a lot of dishonesty,” Trump says.

Consider this giving the divisive political climate.

Could this lead to a “black swan” event?

BREAKING: Voter Fraud Allegedly Found In Deep Blue Florida County

    Excerpt:

Over 100 provisional ballots were rejected in Miami-Dade County on Thursday after election officials said that those people showed up to vote a second time in the same election, according to a local media reporter.

The news comes as Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) claimed earlier in the day that the Democrats and Florida election officials with questionable records were trying to “steal” the election in Broward County, which is just north of Miami-Dade County.

Miami-Dade County is one of the bluest counties in the state of Florida, as nearly two-thirds of the county voted for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election.

“Stream of aggressive red stamping at Miami-Dade canvassing board as panel rejects provisional ballots from 108 people who showed up to vote a second time in the same election,” Miami Herald reporter Doug Hanks said.

Hanks added in a subsequent tweet: “Miami-Dade lawyer tells me provisional ballots from people who tried to vote twice do get referred to prosecutors. But voter has to be shown with criminal intent to face charges.

The news comes after Rubio cast serious doubts about actions by election officials in Broward County on Thursday, noting the questionable past of Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes.

“#Broward election supervisors ongoing violation of #Florida law requiring timely reporting isn’t just annoying incompetence,” Rubio wrote on Twitter on Thursday. “It has opened the door for lawyers to come here & try to steal a seat in the U.S. Senate & Florida Cabinet.”

Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel also weighed in on the developments coming out of Broward County, writing: “#Broward Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes is no stranger to destroying ballots and violating Florida election laws. Snipes has shown herself to be trouble. Voters in Florida should be paying attention!”

Multiple reports of Democratic voter fraud have surfaced in recent weeks.

In late October, court documents filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton alleged that four women arrested by authorities had targeted elderly voters in a “voter fraud ring” during the 2016 elections which was funded by a then-Democratic Party leader.

This week in California, Democratic Bakersfield City Council candidate Gilberto de la Torre was charged with election fraud.

James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas released an undercover sting on election day this week from a polling station in Texas that appeared to show an election official telling Project Veritas’ undercover journalist that they had ‘tons’ of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients voting in the election.

Judge Rules In Gov. Scott’s Favor In Broward Elections Records Request

    Excerpt:

A Broward judge has ruled in favor of Gov. Rick Scott and says Broward Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes must “allow immediate” viewing and copying of records that have been requested.

The judge added that it must be completed by 7 p.m.

The lawsuit in Broward filed against Snipes claimed that her office was withholding crucial voter information and has blocked access to the office. At the emergency hearing on Friday, Scott’s lawyers said this was a “simple” case about access to Broward ballots. It’s not about how votes are counted or inspecting ballots.

“This information Supervisor of Elections should have already compiled and saved,” he added, “It should take 10 minutes to do.”

An attorney for Snipes said she, “never told them she wouldn’t provide the information.” Snipe’s attorney noted that the records request was made just 26 hours before and the information requested was “fundamental to count the vote.”

Snipes attorney added that the Scott didn’t believe Snipes was moving fast enough to finish the vote tabulation.

Scott has filed a second lawsuit against Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher, accuses her of refusing to allow Scott’s representatives to personally witness the ballot counting. The suit also accuses Bucher of keeping the county canvassing board from performing its duties.

How much damage has already been done?

The erosion of the public’s trust in the validity of the democratic process is very dangerous. While determining the “will of the people” is the stated aim of having elections, it also serves a very important secondary function. Namely, holding elections gives people who feel repressed or put out by the status quo a means to change their lot in life that does not involve violence or emigration. If that is taken away, or enough people believe it is, then only the soap box and cartridge box are available to those unwilling or unable to leave the jurisdiction of the offending laws, policies, or politicians.

Unfortunately an eroded trust in the power of the ballot will probably also be accompanied by a similar if not greater distrust in the power of debate, discussion, and peaceful assembly. If a citizen believes they cannot influence their government through elections why would they bother trying to influence it through other less direct forms of speech? Violence or flight remain the only remedies at that point.

Put succinctly, How reasonable does “any means necessary” look when you can’t trust the normal means? Marxist talking point or not, the slogan describes human behavior.

Even if we give these guys the benefit of the doubt, it is sad. Even if there is nothing conspiratorial going on in South Florida (a hard sell if there ever was one), just how incompetent do these people have to be? Further, if they are that incompetent, how can you trust anything they did is not wrong just based on how bad they are at their jobs?

Even if Scott wins the counties, I would throw the data out and start over. But that is just the scientist in me.

…greater distrust in the power of debate, discussion, and peaceful assembly.

We no longer seem capable of debating ideas, the current decision particularly by Left to rely on name calling has rendered debate impossible and assemblies are more about provoking response then a statement of belief.

…just how incompetent do these people have to be?

Giving the history of Broward and others going back many decades, incompetence as a legitimate excuse is no longer possible.

Even if Scott wins the counties, I would throw the data out and start over. But that is just the scientist in me.

I’ve considered various options to include a special election, but in this climate I don’t think it will work. It would create a circus of unbelievable proportions!

The real problem is one of accountability! No one is ever made to pay a price for their actions.

Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes is the ultimate example of this, she has not only never been held accountable she has been allowed to continue to break election laws while holding this position.

    Consider the following!

Snipes was formally appointed on Nov. 20, 2003, to replace former County Supervisor Miriam Oliphant, who was escorted out of her office and removed from her job.

CBS Miami reported while Oliphant was in office, uncounted votes were found in a cabinet drawer, and the department went a million dollars over budget.

    Snipes was reelected in 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016.

Let’s look at what former County Supervisor Miriam Oliphant has been up to since being removed!

Miriam Oliphant Failed State Test After School Salary Doubled

    Excerpt:

Poor Miriam Oliphant. People always said the former School Board member and elections supervisor wasn’t too bright, and now it looks like she’s going to lose her cushy job at the School Board for failing a math test.

Oliphant, after being run out of her elected position as Broward County Supervisor of Elections in epic fashion, was quietly given a job as a guidance counselor at the School Board, where she also once held elected office. Records show she was hired in July 2007 at a starting salary of $35,600.

Oliphant was hired by the School Board on the basis of a two-year temporary teaching certificate that expired on June 30, 2009, according to information just issued by the School Board’s human relations department. She was given two years by the state to pass four exams to get properly certified. According to the board, she passed the essay, reading, and language-arts portions of the test earlier this year but failed the math test, which has caused her to lose the certification. Therefore, she’s on the chopping block and is expected to be laid off by the board next Tuesday, along with 122 other teachers who failed to renew their certification.

News that Oliphant may be losing her job raises some questions about how she got it in the first place — and how her salary ballooned in a very short time. School Board records show that after Oliphant was hired at $35,000, her salary jumped up to $42,450 just six months later. Six months after that, July 2008, she was given an even heftier bump, to $75,200.

That’s right — in a year’s time, Oliphant’s School Board salary more than doubled. I’m not sure that’s the regular track for most area educators.

(The Herald politics blog gives the board explanation here).

For the record, I always felt that while Oliphant wasn’t a great elected official, she was basically the victim of a witch hunt when she was elections supervisor. Her removal from office by Gov. Jeb Bush was finalized by a vote of the Legislature in 2005.

But it looks like she wound up getting a fairly soft landing until she messed it up with the failed test. You think maybe her political connections paid off for her?

    See the trend here?

Incompetent, but loyal people are placed in the Supervisor of Elections position. They get great pay to essentially do nothing as a figurehead. This shields the true power brokers from any connection and makes it difficult prove “intent to break the law” (a essential element in how law is written. Imagine that!) due to the easily observed stupidity of these figureheads.

Then to ensure their silence even if they lose their “Elections job,” continued work is provided at above normal salary!

    Corruption at its best!

I would love to see what the campain posters look like for the county election board.

“Vote for me, I can promise we will make the news!”

“Democrat? Multiply your vote next election! Vote for me!”

A portion of the typos in the above message might be my phone, the rest are just me.

    I have been wrong before...

    More likely…

It doesn’t matter who you vote for, I win!

    B-)

Want some evidence to the truth of this?

…has been successfully been re-elected by Broward County voters every four years, most recently in a 2016 primary, where she received 76% of the 122,782 votes cast.

What are the odds of that being a accurate representation of the voters? ;-)

Election Fraud Expert: Brenda Snipes Allowed Illegal Aliens and Felons to Vote; Illegally Destroyed Ballots

    Excerpt:

Three statewide races in Florida are headed to a recount and all depend on results from a county whose supervisor of elections has a history of losing ballots and breaking laws by allowing illegal immigrants and felons to vote, as well as illegally destroying ballots.

Broward County supervisor of elections Brenda Snipes’ office has admitted “they don’t know” how many ballots there are still to count.

Snipes’ latest failure to finalize Tuesday’s election returns days after the polls closed is also in violation of Florida law, which requires elections officials to “report all early voting and all tabulated vote-by-mail results to the Department of State within 30 minutes after the polls close. Thereafter, the canvassing board shall report, with the exception of provisional ballot results, updated precinct election results to the department at least every 45 minutes until all results are completely reported.”

This should alarm anyone hoping for fair and accurate election returns, as Snipes’ history in Broward is checkered with numerous examples of facilitating illegal voting practices.

In 2017, Dr. Snipes admitted in court that her office had allowed non-citizens and felons to vote and was particularly vulnerable ahead of major elections.

In 2012, a Broward elections official complained about Snipes tendency to “find” additional ballots in close elections. Ilene Lieberman, a Broward County Commissioner and Canvassing board member, told the Miami CBS affiliate in 2012, “When the canvassing board recessed on Saturday we were basically told there were between 150 and 165 ballots remained to be counted, that they had to double check, that they hadn’t been counted before. And when we came back on Monday the report showed 963 new ballots.”

Snipes also presided over a “phantom voting district” of 2000 voters who were using illegal addresses, many of them at a UPS Store, claimed as their places of residence.

Republican Party officials sued Snipes’ office in 2016 over the illegal counting of 180,000 mail in ballots, she admitted that she didn’t know the meaning of the word “canvassing.” Snipes’ office had been opening ballots illegally, without the legally required participation of other members of the canvasing board.

But Snipes hasn’t just been accused of malfeasance from Republicans.

A 2016 Democratic Congressional candidate, Tim Canova, challenged the results of his loss to Debbie Wasserman-Schultz in court, only to have Snipes’ office illegally destroy the ballots, preventing additional inspection.

Medical Marijuana backers NORML sued Snipes office in 2016 after the constitutional initiative to decriminalize marijuana was left off of some Broward County ballots. Lawyer John Morgan, who endorsed Andrew Gillum in this year’s Governor’s race, accused Snipes of doing it intentionally.

Morgain marveled, “Broward County was our best county last time. And I don’t believe in accidents.”

Snipes was originally appointed to her office by Republican Governor Jeb Bush in 2003, after her predecessor was removed from office for gross mismanagement. A former school administrator and principal, Snipes won election in 2004 and has been successfully been re-elected by Broward County voters every four years, most recently in a 2016 primary, where she received 76% of the 122,782 votes cast.

Even that electoral win was not without controversy, however, as Snipes office inadvertently released the results of the elections 30 minutes before polls officially closed.

According to Florida law, “Any supervisor of elections, deputy supervisor of elections, canvassing board member, election board member, or election employee who releases the results of any election prior to the closing of the polls in that county on election day commits a felony of the third degree.”

Despite the Florida Secretary of State asking the Broward County Sherriff and State Attorney for an investigation, like other election-related crimes in Broward County, however, that also went unpunished.

This is just scratching the surface!

If you think this is the only state with these “Crimes” your kidding yourself!

The worst Election Fraud offender in the US?

    Chicago, Illinois!

Trump Bashes Democrat Efforts to Steal Elections in Florida, Arizona

    Excerpt:

President Trump took to Twitter Friday evening to slam Democrats, specifically those in Arizona and Florida, after vote totals continue to change in favor of Democrat candidates.

In one of the tweets, President Trump questioned how Rick Scott, the Republican candidate for Senate in Florida, only leads Democrat Bill Nelson by 15,000 votes after leading by 50,000 plus votes on election day. Trump referred to it as “The Broward Effect.”

President Trump then focused on Andrew Gillum, the Democrat gubernatorial candidate for Florida who conceded on Election Day to Republican candidate Ron DeSantis. Trump stated that Broward has put him “back into play.”

President Trump then touted his success in Florida. Trump claimed Broward County was late with the vote tabulation in the 2016 Presidential Election and “probably getting ready to do a ‘number’,” but could not because there are not enough people living in Broward County to “falsify a victory.”

He also thanked Senator Marco Rubio for his assistance in exposing the “potential corruption going on with respect to election theft in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.”

President Trump then posted a tweet questioning the Arizona Senate race between Republican Martha McSally and Democrat Kyrsten Sinema. Trump questioned the potential for a “new election” and stated, “We must protect our democracy.”

Florida Vote Count Official Accused of Having More Voters on Rolls than Eligible Citizens

    Excerpt:

The Florida official put in charge of counting votes in Broward County — the most liberal county in the state — for the gubernatorial and Senate race was previously accused of having more voters on her rolls than eligible voters in the county.

Despite the election occurring days ago, Broward County Board of Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes continues tallying ballots, though she has refused to disclose how many ballots are still not counted. Republican Senate candidate Rick Scott has announced he will sue the county for mishandling the election.

In 2016, Snipes had a lawsuit filed against her office by the American Civil Rights Union after they claimed she had more voters on the rolls in the county than eligible citizens in the area at one point.

According to the lawsuit, filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation, Broward County had more voters on their voter rolls than eligible citizens with a 103 percent voter registration rate.

The lawsuit also accused Broward County of having nearly 50 registered voters on the rolls who were older than the oldest living American at the time.

One of those voters was allegedly listed as being 130-years-old.

Another 1,200 voters allegedly remained on the Broward County rolls despite using ineligible commercial addresses and about 23 percent of the voters who died in 2011 were allegedly still on the county voter rolls in May 2012, the lawsuit stated.

A Broward judge has ruled in favor of Gov. Rick Scott and says Broward Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes must “allow immediate” viewing and copying of records that have been requested.

The judge added that it must be completed by 7 p.m.

So what do think happened?

Of course she just ignored it!

Why start paying attention to the Courts now?

Never has been a problem ignoring them in the past!

Matt Gaetz to Ask Judge to Hold Brenda Snipes in Contempt of Court

    Excerpt:

Snipes defied a court order allowing the inspection of vote records Friday evening. Gaetz will ask a judge to hold the official in contempt of court.

Lawyers for Gillum, Nelson Fight to Include Non-U.S. Citizens’ Votes in Florida

    Excerpt:

Lawyers for both Florida Democratic candidates Andrew Gillum and Bill Nelson fought on Friday night to allow non-United States citizens’ votes to be included in the 2018 midterm election results.

A transcript of a Palm Beach County Canvassing Board proceeding shows that the candidates’ lawyers objected to the rejection of votes cast by non-citizens, as first reported by The Daily Caller.

    Source: Palm Beach County transcript

The Chairman of the Palm Beach Republican Party, Michael Barnett, said that the county’s canvassing board deemed a vote invalid after discovering it had been cast by a non-citizen, according to The Daily Caller.

Barnett added that the democrat candidates’ lawyers objected to disallowing the illegal vote.

So we can’t prove any fraud has been committed, we have a long history of apparent “miraculous” events favoring their preferred candidates to include Democrat primaries.

The Broward Supervisor of Elections has committed felonies based on Judicial rulings, but only in civil lawsuits as no one is ever investigated or charged criminally.

Judicial rulings have been ignored both currently and in the past, but to date without consequence!

Unfortunately we as citizens are without legal recourse and at least to this point the Local, State, and Federal Governments seem either incapable or unwilling to address this beyond rhetoric.

    So we’ll see what transpires!

When the Florida Broward County Elections staff member reported that he/she saw elections staff committing crimes by filling out of blank ballots, he/she was fired and told not to come back!

Unfortunately we as citizens are without legal recourse and at least to this point the Local, State, and Federal Governments seem either incapable or unwilling to address this beyond rhetoric.

When it’s not possible to persuade local authorities to enforce the law and hold the incompetent/negligent/criminal responsible… and the masses begin to realize that it’s not going to be addressed, then see Abacus’ logic of what proceeds after. I happen to agree with that prediction, and further, that people are beginning to be aware that the rule of law is broken, at least in the area of everyone being held accountable and equal before the law. Where they go from there depends on how strong their will to fight is.

I will say that on other forums, people are discussing how serious this is… what’s next… and beginning to seriously discuss contingency planning. Whatever reprieve we got in 2016, is about over. Of course, people’s “to do lists” are all toward different goals at this point. Some will go grey, some will hermit/hide, and some are pulling their groups tighter and upping PT goals. The homesteaders are looking at extending the growing season as much as possible and have planted extra this year to put up. People are raising a couple more pigs or beef and starting to hatch their own eggs, to keep the chickens “refreshed” and laying.

No one’s pretending it’s going to be OK anymore.

With the current level of apathy and denial I find myself more leaning towards executing my resident retiree visa option.

If I didn’t I’d be living it up in one of my favorite little countries on a resident retiree visa!

At least until enough people get serious! ;-)

Grandma’s I made a post back in 16 in a FB group that has several gun enthusiasts, pressers, ect.. many had posts about how excited they were about the election of Trump. However, I had made a post that this only bides us time before things will get worse. I must admit I figured it would be 4 to an 8 year reprieve to prepare and be ready for what comes next.

Overall this is going to be dicey… depending on what Trump does this could set a president on what happens during close elections and in the end the Democrats could yet again be subversive and stack the deck.

Clearly, Trump should institute a national voter ID law to protect us from Russian interference in the next election.
