Ok All, the combat leader class is rushing up towards us in October. I need names. I have a full OPFOR component, but I do not yet have the 13 students for the class.
This is an excellent class. I need names and deposits. You know the way this works, If I don’t get it before 3 months out, I start canceling classes. If you intend to come, let me know and send the deposit. I want to shake this up and get things moving now, so that those who have booked, can be secure in their plans. I talked to dudes at the weekend who ‘are coming’ but until I had that conversation, I had no idea. Make it happen folks!
Thanks.May 8, 2018 at 7:27 am #58255JohnnyMacParticipant

I see this did not elicit much engagement. So I am planning a course of action. For big classes like this, and also force on force, we need to have this nailed down in advance. It is not a book that week kind of deal. Also, UTM ammo needs to be ordered more than 2 months out.
I need to look at my ticket system and figure out how to implement. Bottom line is I will build in a discount for booking more than 90 days out. It won’t actually go down from what prices currently are, but within 90 days prices will go up. This may be implemented to live fire classes also.May 11, 2018 at 6:19 pm #58338TCParticipant
I’m in, just sent the $400 deposit.

Just to bump and reiterate this. Monday and next week I will be implementing the changes that will increase prices for bookings 90 days and closer to a class. I will implement this for all classes. This will mean current prices will remain, unless within 90 days, where prices will increase perhaps 20 percent.
There was a time where people would book early. We need to get back to that model.
If you are worried ahout losing your deposit, think of it this way: a deposit is a commtment to train. It is transferable unless within 30 days i.e last minute cancellations. Depending on reason, I often work with those who have real emergencies come up. Point it, the deposit is a commitment to train. If it ultimately has to be transferred to another clsss, no big deal.
These are not local guy flat range classes where you can walk in off the street. We need to secure the numbers to make the classes work.
