Just got this email in. I am currently unable to open it becuae I am uploading a new vid to youtube, bandwidth sucked up. Anyone care to check it out? It will be pain if I have to upload all videos again to this new site, I am already out of satellite bandwidth as it is. But I could do it over time. Maybe work through the Max Talk vids.

We are 2aVid.com the new video streaming platform for second amendment supporters and video producers. It has come to our attention that YouTube no longer respects or values the second amendment or its supporters.
2aVid.com was created out of YouTube’s Hatred for the second amendment and its supporters. You can count on us to foster an environment that will protect your first amendment right and will not censor you because of a philosophical disagreement. As long as you are not promoting illegal activity or activity that is illegal of promotes hatred or violence you are free to post what ever you think your audience wants to see.
Once we are fully operational we will have many ways for you’re to monetize your videos and will not restrict you from making money from your art.
We know YouTube is the biggest game in town and you might still want to upload videos to their platform as well but why not back you videos up on 2aVid.com so when YouTube does start deleting account you will not miss a beat.
Please go to http://www.2aVid.com and create your account and start uploading today.

Huh. 2 A vid just opened and it looks exactly like youtube…..I hope I ma not getting sucked in to some mirrored site?August 11, 2018 at 9:46 am #61042
Did anybody look at this> I need to ]make a decision on what channel to add to back-up YouTube. 2 A Vids, or I have had a few mentions of Bitchute.August 11, 2018 at 10:01 am #61044
I looked at the 2 A Vids, it seems new enough that getting in early may have advantages.
Saw your initial Maxtac.
The only other site I am aware of is full30.com that is pro second ammendment.
Given the background of much of the Full30 channels I am not sure if it is the best fit.

2A only style video websites will most likely not garner as much Traffic as a video site that offers more diverse content like YouTube or a bitchute.
However due to the uncertainty of 2A and similar channels on YouTube it would be good to have them elsewhere on the web.August 11, 2018 at 10:56 am #61052
Well it’s moved and up.
Lets get some good input for Max!August 11, 2018 at 11:11 am #61054RobRoyParticipant
One thing about Full30 you can buy advertising space there.August 11, 2018 at 11:14 am #61055
2AVids is new so it needs to grow. May be good to get in. I created an account and currently trying to upload a vid on shitty bandwidth.
YouTube is clearly the place to be for exposure, until we get kicked off.
I have seen a couple whines in various places about having to watch on youtube and not bitchute. Hard to guage the level of wingnuttery behind it.
Bitchute looks like a kooksite to me, but let me know. I instinctively liked 2AVids more.August 11, 2018 at 11:23 am #61057

Agreed after a cursory examination, though a nice version would be a Activist Site!
Given your stated goals, bitchute isn’t mainstream appearing enough.August 11, 2018 at 11:26 am #61058
I really think it’s between 2AVids and Full30.August 11, 2018 at 11:28 am #61060RobRoyParticipant
InRange uses bitchute but mainly as backup to the youtube juggernaut.
I prefer Full30 but mainly because I am an ornery contrarian that hates authoritarianism and Google is big brother IMO.
My nearly useless advice, use the tube but be prepared to bail.August 11, 2018 at 11:45 am #61064BrigandActualParticipant
A quick look does show some buy in at 2avid from companies like Benelli, Benchmade, and Magpul. That’s not bad company to have around.
I’m sure a lot of it is the same kind of backup location that you are talking about.
Can’t hurt, really.

I signed up to both 2AVids and BitChute, but having trouble uploading anything to either one. I don’t have the best internet, and YouTube seems lot more resilient with uploading. Tried multiple times.August 13, 2018 at 8:27 am #61111veritas556Participant
If its legacy videos you want uploaded you could throw them on a thumb drive and mail it to a member with biz-class net connection to upload it for you.August 13, 2018 at 3:08 pm #61126SeanTModerator
As of right now, I see that 2avid.com has a really bad domain risk rating. Let me dig a little and see if I can find out why.
Domain owner is a Brit…

looks like the domain score is based on proximity to shady domains. It is hosted by GoDaddy but it is the only domain on that IP address. I can’t find anything specifically bad to note.August 14, 2018 at 4:21 am #61147TCParticipant
Putting in a vote for Full30. Joe said, “Given the background of much of the Full30 channels I am not sure if it is the best fit.” — There’s a chance that MVT vids would actually stand out for that reason, as meaty content, unlike some of the tactical fluff there. Other benefits include Full30 being more popular than alternatives and a number of YouTube gun celebrities being there already. I mean it’s a backup to YouTube anyhow and is more established and has lower risk of disappearing unlike unknown startups.

Full30 is legit but it is geared more towards guns and gear reviews. They just have not had very many content creators that offer the type of information that MVT offers.
They have a forum too that a lot of the content creators post on and usually get their own little section for so your viewers can touch base with you.
One of their mods is big on bringing different forums together and is all for people repping their forum on Full30, he usually puts your forums name under your avatar ,if requested. IMO, MVT and Full30 would work well together, just as of yet there has not been much “tactical” content.
There are some people that are kind of idiots but both the forum and video site are legit.
I cannot gaurentee all MVT members would like it on the forums but I will say with confidence that its a good place to get peoples attention drawn to MVTs products and services.
There are a few threads I would love to see some more experienced MVT members chime in on over there.

I apologize ahead of time if posting links to other forums is not allowed or frowned upon. There are some competitive shooters over there that are clueless on the benefits of “tactical” training and seriously think competitive shooting is all they really need in the “real world”.
I am currently not a member over there anymore but have no issue recommending the video site or forum. Sorry for the long winded post and kind of spam.
