This is the newest line from HuffPo.

    https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/night-vision-gear_us_59f38cf2e4b03cd20b8196bf

Summary: Night vision equipment needs to be banned because ISIS could get it or someone might spend an extra $5,000 dollars for a night optic to mount on the $600 AR they just bought to shoot their old high school up.

Just worth noting in case this is a potential new front for the progressives against our gun rights.

Don’t forget body armor. You only need that if you plan to get shot at by the government for doing bad things.

    Don’t forget body armor.

Level IIA armor was available at Sam’s Warehouse (WalMart) in NW LA in the mid-90s…….without a department letterhead…….Only lasted for about a year before it was pulled, but its where I got mine for dept use…..

    Which is heavier - a soldier's pack or a slave's chains? Napoleon

The best thing that happened for us concerning night vision is hog hunting!

It’s big business and helped mainstream various gear everywhere except Socialist Strongholds. ;-)

Plenty of places to buy body armor in retail stores here in Florida, of course better deals can be had online.

Many Socialist Strongholds have already banned body armor for citizens.

If you have a need for such gear better not wait too long, particularly if in socialist leaning areas.

I expect many such “Evil” Bills will come out of House this next session with no idea what socialist Republicans will decide to become bipartisan in support.

I thought of a new marketing shtick-

Get you some “evil” – JRH Enterprises

LMAO. Liberals will never get it! FWIW, this “ban body armor” and even “ban night vision” talk has come up before and it never went anywhere.

Only thing I’ve seen change in 26 years of business is once a month I have to sign an ITAR statement that says basically I’m not selling or shipping NV outside the United States. That’s the only thing I’ve seen change in 26 years.

Stock up on perishables and possible soon to be banned. I’m ordering 50 more Pmags. I’m going all out and getting the Gen 3’s with the window. Anybody; are the windows worth the extra buck?

    @roadkill

I think the windows are well worth it, but that’s just my opinion.

Windows don’t do it for me. I think nearly all of my PMAGs are Gen 2 blacks (painted).. never a problem with any of them.

In an initial stage; beginning to happen or develop...

Never had any issues with them. They come in handy to do a quick visual that you are almost out. That way you can do a tac mag before you go dry.
