Tomorrow (hopefully) we find out the results of this Midterm Election cycle.

I looking for a big victory!

Whether it’s a Socialist one of not is the question. ;-)

I would be surprised if results are middle of the road, I am thinking it will be more one sided.

Since the propaganda; otherwise known as polls, have been favoring Socialist victory, I am leaning towards them being as wrong as 2016.

    We’ll see soon enough.

Sadly a Socialist victory could be good for short term gains at MVT due to “fear” motivated customers.

Would be really fun to see Left lose their minds even more than 2016! B-)

Yea I am not looking forward to a Socialist Florida.

Hoping we’re smarter, but Dade/Broward in the South will be the last to report results as always. So they can try to stuff the ballot boxes. ;-)

Vin Suprynowicz has a good article on his site, hoping he’s correct.

There won’t be any respite, how could the left possibly back down?

Win the house they have to impeach the president come up short they have to double down on the insanity.

…how could the left possibly back down?

I don’t care whether they back down, though I would get a kick out of their meltdown if handed a big defeat.

My priority is trying to keep Local and State government stronger to aid in a future Event.

    And…

Passage of hearing protection act would be cool. ;-)

It’s just about buying time at Federal level for me, more would be great, but have low expectations.

I’m voting Dem. I’ll put Hillary as a write in. We need more fear to get the fear based preppers back to training. A level of fear large enough to get them to train for class fitness prereqs is, however, unlikely to occur.

However, the true warrior citizen swims in the sea of the fearful prepper. They create the volume of classes in which they can swim, which would allow MVT to reach epic training heights.

OK, scratch that. I’m not even registered to vote and don’t believe in democracy anyway. :yahoo:

    Sad state isn’t it.

    I still have hope.

If I didn’t I’d be living it up in one of my favorite little countries on a resident retiree visa!

Well as far as Im concerned if its not within the borders of Wyoming where I live, theres not much I can change. We have enough problems here in our county and state government that needs to be cleaned up before we can ever start on DC. We have a very bad RINO problem here, not to mention Im not impressed with either party. My vote for Trump was just to keep Hillary out. We’ll try to keep cleaning things up here locally, work on trying to grow our own food here on our homestead, homeschool our kids, and try to get training as finances allow. Thanks.

…before we can ever start on DC.

At the Federal level it’s a lost cause due to debt, past the point of no return on that one!

On a brighter note, we may avoid a financial collapse by it being preempted by an equally destructive black swan event. ;-)

Local then State has some hope for many and may help in picking up pieces and is worth pursuing.

My vote for Trump was just to keep Hillary out.

Wasn’t a big fan of Trump, but hoped he could buy time for more people to wake up and prepare as my only expectation.

    He has exceeded my expectations.

That and driving the Socialists nuts was worth voting for him!

Shortly before the election cycle I told Pandora I was 90 so they would stop playing advertisements for sex shops. That comnined with the fact I used to be stationed in FL means I get the same factually untrue ad complaining about Rick Scott hating old people. I am over that noise.

I also don’t remember telling any of those motherfuckers they could text me. I am 90 after all…

A portion of the typos in the above message might be my phone, the rest are just me.

    I have been wrong before...

I am looking forward to less emails begging for money!

Fortunately I haven’t gotten texts, maybe I don’t give out my number to enough people.

I can’t help but wonder what kind of music you listen to that gets the sex shop advertising? ;-)

Been monitoring the Socialist news propaganda out of curiosity, these days I only watch maybe 20 minutes or so weekly of this live, not counting clips.

It’s pretty sad, giving the positive we already have won rhetoric still present they are going to lose their minds if a repeat of 2016 happens.

Its kind of insane actually. The station that spammed the offending ads is full of Christian comics with the occasional mild secular performer. Well over half the bits that get played segue into a discussion or presentation of the gospel. Given that the shop in question was named after Adam and Eve, perhaps the algorithm just got really really confused. Those two show up on like page 1 of the Bible, so it is an understandable mistake. Thankfully claiming to be a nonagenarian put a stop to that. We will see if I get offers for discounted subscriptions to Jezabel.

Well Ron DeSantis has become my Governor, beating the Socialist Andrew Gillum.

With the new Governor getting to appoint 3 Florida Supreme Court spots, this is a big deal for Florida!

Rick Scott our current Governor is looking good to defeat incumbent Bill Nelson for Senate.

Doing well in the Senate, I feel the House is too early to call regardless of media projections.

Well, I’m awfully glad red Floridians got out to vote today. Just heard on the news that Broward, my county to my great disgust, had “just discovered” several thousand lost votes. You said it would happen!

    You said it would happen!

If you look at the Counties that have still not finished reporting here in Florida they are all Democrat controlled.

    Imagine that!

We need serious enforcement of Voting laws, this isn’t the first time and it won’t be the last until we get this straightened out.

Many of these Precincts have had up to 175% reporting in the past!

Think about that, how can you have more votes than registered voters?

So I got a Republican Governor, two Senators, and my Congressman!

    Did my part! B-)

My Congressional District (Maryland’s 3rd) is the most gerrymandered in the country, so my vote for Republicans was little more than a protest vote. We did win four more years of Hogan for governor, so we don’t have to worry about any more big gun bans down the pipeline any time soon. That much of a victory has me satisfied.

I don’t like voting a straight ticket if I don’t have to; I did vote Josh Harris for House of Delegates because he was running as a Green in an otherwise Democrat-only district but it ended up that he only got 13% of the vote. The only Libertarian I recognized on the ballot was Arvin Vohra but that guy’s a nut so he didn’t get my vote.

Rick Scott is my newest Senator!

Since victory was around 35,000 votes, there will be a recount, but it’s extremely doubtful that any recount will overcome those numbers even with voter fraud.
