With leadership like Clinton , our country is doomed . This clearly shows the influence the Saudis have had on the west for decades . Wash DC is a far greater threat to our country then any Nation State .October 29, 2016 at 6:22 pm #35415

Ms Abedin was reported not on killarys plane after this. She testified under oath that she had given the fbi all electronic devices containing infomation she handled with clinton/state department. She was granted immunity. To lie after being granted immunity voids everything that was negotiated. Currently she without any legal protection whatsoever in the eyes of the law, if it still means anything. She categorically states she doesn’t know how those emails migrated to her estranged husbands computer. Knowing what a sleaze he is, and apparently not too bright, I would conjecture he did not transfer the emails from humas’ laptop to his. Too far of a stretch. I still maintain they were archived there as Huma thought that was a safe place to put copies of the emails in question. Its her husbands computer. Feds wouldn’t subpoena that, just all her electronic devices. Only two reasons for her to do this. One is insurance in case killary wants to ‘Foster’ her, or two, blackmail. Lets not forget her entire family is tied into the Muslim Brotherhood. If I was in charge of the investigation the first thing I would do is confiscate her passport and renege all state department privileges for travel anywhere. She probably needs protective custody, the question being who would you trust for that job? She may wind up drowning in a cup of tea for all we know. Comeys’ future isn’t particularly bright now either, especially if the witch gets in the WH. He got squeezed, big time by some real mojo for him to do this, especially this close to the election. Or, this is all a sham to divert attention from something coming from wikileaks that will be damning to killary. I am waiting for some unexplained plane accident, suicide, or disappearance of key figures and soon. It’s one hell of an election we are witness to.
to rampantraptor, I love your characterization:

If there is new evidence the FBI will probably need more search warrants. I believe the warrant is written by the case agent with help from FBI attorneys. But then I believe it needs to be passed by the local US Attorney in that district before a judge ever sees it. Does anyone think the current DOJ will do that? Maybe Loretta and Bill will meet in the air[port to talk about grandkids again but I doubt DOJ will be any help.October 30, 2016 at 5:38 pm #35444AnonymousInactive
It for sure puts Obama in a box. He either has to pardon her very early this week…..”To heal the nation, so we can move forward with hope and change”.
Or risk loosing all the election.
But this would make his already shitty legacy become explosive diarrhea legacy at best.October 30, 2016 at 5:43 pm #35445AnonymousInactive
Could the election be postponed for a period, given the late breaking events, and if so who has that power.October 30, 2016 at 7:39 pm #35448AndrewParticipant
Interesting idea. I’ve seen it on local levels due to natural disasters, but I’m not sure how that would play on a national level. Besides pissed off folks in the streets I can see that idea going to SCOTUS real quick. No telling how that would turn out with a supposedly ideologically even court.
A postponement would be just TPTB trying to save Hillary’s azz.October 30, 2016 at 9:05 pm #35449SeanTModerator

‘The atmosphere at the FBI has been toxic ever since Jim announced last July that he wouldn’t recommend an indictment against Hillary,’ said the source, a close friend who has known Comey for nearly two decades, shares family outings with him, and accompanies him to Catholic mass every week.
‘Some people, including department heads, stopped talking to Jim, and even ignored his greetings when they passed him in the hall,’ said the source. ‘They felt that he betrayed them and brought disgrace on the bureau by letting Hillary off with a slap on the wrist.’
According to the source, Comey fretted over the problem for months and discussed it at great length with his wife, Patrice.
He told his wife that he was depressed by the stack of resignation letters piling up on his desk from disaffected agents. The letters reminded him every day that morale in the FBI had hit rock bottom.
I wish I knew some FBI sources to ask about this.October 30, 2016 at 11:42 pm #35454
“According to the agreement reached with the attorneys who handed over their laptops, the laptops were to be destroyed per the agreement after the testimony was given –the interviews were given – – by the attorneys. The bureau and the department agreed to that,” DiGenova said. “However the laptops contrary to published reports were not destroyed and the reason is the agents who are tasked with destroying them refused to do so. And by the way the laptops are at the FBI for inspection by Congress or federal courts.”October 31, 2016 at 1:37 am #35455AnonymousInactive
