An open letter to President Obama from a Legal Immigrant,
According to the Constitution, the Legislative branch of government writes Laws, the Executive branch is there to enforce those laws and the Judiciary branch explains and applies laws. The whole purpose of this is to have a separation of powers in the government. The separation of powers is to prevent one branch of government from being too supreme. But, Mr. President you already knew that as a Constitutional Law Professor.
You addressed the nation on Feb 14th2013,
“I am the President of the United States, I am not the emperor of the United States, and my job is to execute laws that are passed. Congress has not yet changed what I consider a broken immigration system.”
You also said back on March 28th 2011,
“With respect to the notion that I can just suspend deportations through executive order, that’s just not the case, because there are laws on the books which congress has passed. Congress passes law, the Executive branch is there to enforce and implement those laws, and the Judiciary branch has to interpret those laws.”
Your opinion is not supreme to congress; your opinion has to work equally with congress. Mr. President your blatant disregard to the Constitution which occurred last week is shameful. Last week you signed an executive order allowing eleven million ‘undocumented imigrants’ (illegal imigrants) to live here. Your opinion on immigration is beside the fact that you went completely around congress who unanimously does not want amnesty for illegals. You should have given congress the chance to pass this the right way with protocols which will keep the country protected from abuse.
I have a few questions as to where we go forward with this new law.
1. Do you have a plan to secure the southern border from more people flooding across?
2. Do you believe that allowing 11 million to stay here will encourage more to flood through the porous border?
3. Will they be paying their fair share in taxes?
4. Will they be able to obtain free medical care, unemployment benefits, food stamps and who will pay for this?
5. Will they be required as I did to provide proof of medical vaccinations?
6. Will they be allowed to vote for your political party? …Let me rephrase that, will you enforce voter ID laws for only US Citizens?
7. Will these people get a background check done on them? Who knows who or what a few of them may be associated with.
8. Will they be able to purchase guns here and bring them back to Mexico?
9. What will happen to the millions of the “best and the brightest” who did come here legally, will they get a refund on the time and money spent to obtain legal residency?
Mr. President to what you did was a slap in the face to all people who came here the right way and to insult us further you quoted scripture to shame us into going along with it…

I’d ask two more ask ‘Cui Bono?’ and why are you doing it?
But then we know the answers would be lies and we’d more likely come up with the correct answers ourselves.
In Australia, although surrounded by sea, we’ve had similar immigration issues.
The Australian Labor Party (the ALP is our equivalent of your Democrats) totally fucked up border control from 2007 to 2013 with over 50,000 arriving by boat (largely Muslims who passed through multiple other countries to get to Australia for ‘asylum’). Between 1,000-2,000 died at sea in transit. The boat illegal arrivals usually destroyed any documentation so confirming identities is a major exercise for authorities. But this generated a lot of political heat from the bleeding hearts who wanted the illegals released into the community.
Many more have have ‘overstayed’ their tourist or student visas.
The illegal immigrants were detained but the bleeding hearts pressured for them to be released into the community. We now have lots of crime associated especially with the Muslims, Africans, Vietnamese, and Chinese – sex crimes, pedophile assaults on children, bashings, muggings, robberies, car accidents, prostitution and sex industry enslavement, extortion, murders, ID theft, car theft/chop shops/rebirthing/parts exports, gun-running, firearms crimes and shootings are a frequent occurrence mainly in Sydney’s western suburbs (despite all the Gun Laws from 1996), drugs. Muslims have heavily infiltrated and participate in the motorcycle gangs crime networks.
We’ve seen increasing occurrence and transmission rates of diseases like TB, polio and Whooping Cough (diseases which had been vaccinated and eradicated and almost unseen for decades in Australia).
80% of illegal immigrants granted residency/citizenship were still on welfare 5 years later.
Many immigrant groups – eg Muslims and African have much larger families and are tapping into all the taxpayer-funded family and welfare payments and support services that go with that.
No surprises that many of teh very same illegal and even legal migrants from the identified backgrounds are also involved in the cash and black market economy (even while on welfare and/or involved in criminal activities) and therefore not paying taxes.
Our jails are filling up with them causing pressure on the ‘justice’ system to apply ‘cultural understanding’ to mitigate sentences and diversionary sentencing like community-based orders rather than jail.
Why would an Australian Labor Party (ALP) government inflict this on the wider Australia population, you ask?
Simple. These groups were easier to enlist through the trade union movement – source of union dues & revenues. Also the particular ethnic groups have a propensity to vote for the ALP. There are numerous examples in all States of ALP and ethnic group party branch stacking and electoral and vote-rigging.
We are seeing similar actions occurring across the Western civilisation. Demographics are destiny. And Fabian socialists are in it for the long haul – especially when they can personally benefit today while selling out future generations. (In Australia the ALP politicians and union leaders all have a taste for the good life and wealth. So much for principles. Orwell’s Animal Farm got it so right.)
In closing, if groups do not share the same values, be not surprised when their attitudes, motivations and behaviour also subsequently differ. And that is not a good recipe for any ‘community’ or social/political/economic long-tern stability.
