I once used a men’s public restroom that was a concrete wall with a long trough at the bottom and a pipe seeping water at the top. Everyone together pissing on the wall.
This was CONUS.
Done the same in some old dance halls all throughout south Texas!

I’m left eye dominant, I use a run regular AR as well, I don’t have an ambi charging handle, for me I never saw the need. I have one rifle with an ambi safety, but never liked the feel of it so I still rock the left side of the switch. I’ll add that the ambi safety I’ve had issues with locking up, not sure if it’s the detent or what….need to tear into it and see. Ditto on being able to check the ejection port quick!

I watched the video for the first time this morning, a young guy that works for me found it on 4chan (apparently a bad place on the internet). Absolutely horrifying slaughter of unarmed people, WTF kind of piece of shit does this? Apparently as other have stated from his manifesto, he’s getting the exact reaction around the world that he intended.

Glad to hear they found it early! My cousin had one and it has since dissolved and he’s doing great. Prayers on a speedy recovery!

I read the book a couple of years ago, I’ve been meaning to pick it up and read it again.

Man that must run thru a shit ton of ammo!
Their situational awareness, or spatial awareness of where their battle buddy is is almost non-existent, several times I saw people practically run into each other. Heads are in their sights most of the time, not looking around, communication is lacking or mostly joking around. The contact drills, what I saw, was mostly turning to the target and running towards it while firing (saw two guys run into each other towards the end). I did not see anyone, may need to view it again, go prone or down on a knee into cover when coming under contact. Nor did I see any resemblance of reacting to contact as a team, forward bounds, cover fire, it was all individual “look how awesome I am mom” theatrics. May have seen some “type” of a peel, but it was pretty crappy. Definitely a shit show!

This would be great for us that only get to your course once a year, ie. Texas Class. It would be a great refresher through out the year.
Unfortunately I don’t know anything on video editing etc… so I am no help there.

No-one picking up on the issue of non-uniformed police crashing through the door?
I’ve wondered about this before, how is one to know who is breaking in your door and swarming in? Someone kicks in my door, no knock, no uniform, with my family present I’m going to assume the worst and things are going to get a little waspy!

Good short videos, I’ll be watching the full episodes as time allows. Honestly, the mental and physical toughness that you need to make it through is fascinating to me……

I found MVT from my friend, @shooter , who invited my to sign up several years ago for the Brady class and I’ve been hooked ever since! I have been limiting my exposure to Facebook and Instagram the last month or so, I’ve also not been on the Forum a lot in the last month as well. Facebook and Instagram are ok, but I get much more out of the Forum and the YouTube videos and of course the Tactical Manual!

I’m definitely going to throw some of these into my workout routine! Good stuff @JohnnyMac! I have a homemade sled that I made out of a 20″ truck tire and an empty 225lb molasses tub (for my cows), the tub fits into the tire perfectly. I fill the tub up with rocks/bricks etc… wrap a tow strap around it and drag it around the house, the rubber tire provides increased resistance, especially across grass!

We will add a video when it is produced.
Also, if anyone has any questions or needs help with functional fitness, Johnnymac is now the MVT PTI and is active here helping with this. He is also doing the 25 days to Fitmas ongoing program.
I have been doing my functional fitness classes. I do those 2 x per week plus my own training. It is simply amazing being in there with a good instructor. The sessions are hard work but they make me feel amazing. It is athletic strength / power training of a circuit / weights type base. Lots of mobilization and core work. Really excellent.
You just don’t know till you know – I can bang on all day about it but unless you start training, you will never get the benefits.
And diet – that gut will not go unless you make a positive effort to reduce those carbs.
I can imagine having a good trainer is really nice! That’s why I’ve been interested in what Johnnny Mac is coming up with for the 25 days Fitmas. I’ve been working on Pat MacNamaras Combat Strength Training for awhile now, so I’m not participating in the fitmas challenge, but I will definitely be throwing in some of what Johnny comes up with to try it out! DIET, diet is definitely key, you can’t fuel your truck with crap fuel, so don’t fuel your body with crap food! Rock on guys and keep after it!! Get you some!

Great info and thanks for sharing. PT and diet is a struggle and a balance……some days I get it right, other days I don’t…I just try to learn from my mistakes and keep moving.

I carry a john deere air compressor (gas engine) on my truck for airing up our Polaris Ranger tires or Tractor tires, when out surveying or working out in the field, or for using an impact to change out a flat tire. I have a hose reel with 50 ft of hose mounted to the compressor as well. I can get all around my truck and my trailers.
A client of mine uses the ViAir compressor system with an air tank which is mounted in a tool box on his truck and wired into the electrical system. He can just open the tool box flick on the toggle switch, drag the air hose out and get after it. I’ve been interested in these systems for awhile. You can mount them in tool boxes, under body, between frames etc…
