All this hype over the wall is stupid IMO, you can always dig tunnels. It might cut back on some of the migrants but most of the illegal drugs get smuggled through legal points of entry already. I’ve also seen ladders longer than 30 feet, that doesn’t help either.
Warm up of pull ups, pushups, air squats, jumping rope. Then some shoulder work to help rehab from a shoulder impingement.
3×5- 215, 255, 285
3×25 Kettlebell swings 44lbs
3×10 kneeling shrugs 60lbs dbs
3×10 inchworms (about the length of my driveway)
3×10 walking goblet lunges 40lbs slamball
I use a rcs wedge and rcs claw on my AIWB holsters like in this pic I found online. This prevents the grip from flopping out for me.
Isn’t everything better with a lean waist!?
As a big man who was a big kid and has gone back and forth recently, I’m just sayin’ there are options.
In terms of reholstering, I was taught to take a step back with the dominant foot, roll or can’t my hips forward and slowly look my pistol into the holster.
I agree with much of what both of you say!
And as first sgt said in the other thread, I carry my knife centerline, primarily for my off hand, but assessable with either.

CTT/heat1 is to riflery as ECQC is to concealed carry.
Aaron, I also carry appendix with a small fixed blade knife and an impact weapon. Curious as to why you made the switch?
Most of town without power. We are lucky now, not so much during “sandy.”
Used the chainsaw to clear the road in front of house for traffic. Got some extra firewood now! Con ed says those without power should be prepared to wait days…
I have a portable gas generator but a whole house “jenny” is on the list.
1. I think your books. Contact specifically, but wrsa was also instrumental.
3. I had trained a few times and was looking for more/better. Saw your aar’s on wrsa from your May ’13 class. I was there in AUG ’13.

Couldn’t help myself.
I’d actually suggest dropping the word tactical. It has, arguably, just as many negative connotations as prepper, militia, etc…
active civilian team training?
Civilian defensive response?
I fractured a rib last night at BJJ. Gonna have to bow out of the challenge for now. But I plan to complete each workout as I am able.
Anyone know an easy way to resize a photo so I can post?
I like that brute force stone!
I made something like it using an oversized kickball, 100lbs of “decorative” rocks from Home Depot and a roll of gorilla tape…held up so far. But that brute force stone looks real nice!
Ok, did 6 full rounds + a full set of the farmer carry + 5 swings.
Going to attach a pic, but I’ve had trouble in the past.
“There’s nothing strange going on here. Spencer openly admits that he is riding the Trump wave to promote the Alt Right. The media loves Spencer because they can use him to paint Trump as part of some looming white supremacist resurgence. It could have been someone else, but Spencer is who they gravitated towards. Last year’s NPI conference drew…[Read more]
I don’t know much about Richard Spencer. How much does anyone know about Richard Spencer? Do we recoil at the mention of his name because we know him to be a bad guy or because we have been told he is a bad guy?
Not saying this is the right or wrong g move for Max. My first thought was “oh Richard Spencer, gasp.”
I just got the unity tactical clutch belt to wear as my “lazy sunday” rig. I was actually thinking of posting a review here. Perfect for those days you’re in sweatpants all day, on way to or from workout, day at beach or pool. Same concept as Max.
