Will be staying at cabin. What radio gear is recommended or required? I have extra GMRS or VHF/UHF radios if needed.

The message needs to get out regardless of the trolls and haters. I have run into this before and it is usually abetted by those in competition or who wish to be. I also believe that some of this trolling is to undermine the very idea of citizen preparedness. What argument can be raised against RTR? It is not a real objection. Laughable.

I just did MVT Alumni Weekend. Good to refresh the basics. Reviewing Tactical Manual. I’m running about 15 miles/week and recovering from a shoulder injury.

The pauses between shot groups say it all. As soon as the loner is prevented from moving, it is going to be over. Find, fix, finish. You’ve been found. Once fixed, you will be finished.

We’re all Alex Jones now. I read youtube is moving against “climate deniers” now. I’m on Gab. Looking at Bitchute, Steemit, Minds. I am seeing some young folks turning away from socials and that is a good thing. This smells of desperation. What are they so afraid of??

There comes a time during the dissolution of empire that lawlessness becomes normal. The ruling class clearly acts like we are there. This is a bad sign in my opinion. Tribe has always been the foundation of nations and thus no wonder ours seems to be cracking.
Civility and obedience to cultural norms may only be relevant within the context of…[Read more] -

Using digital modes are certainly worth while. Right now HF band conditions are very iffy here so CW is a mode that may get you through when others cannot. HF Voice is often hopeless right now at the power levels most of us might use in the field.
Using digital VHF/UHF radios for short range comm may be more secure and economical from a time…[Read more] -

Thank you for the info wheelsee. The context of my question was for TC3 and IFAK contents. Based on your references, those who do not want to pay $$$ for CELOX would be justified in purchasing Kerlix instead.
“This supports the concept that proper wound packing and pressure may be more important than the use of a hemostatic agent in small…[Read more]

The TM is just friggin excellent! Pocket sized and jam packed. Plenty of clear diagrams and explanations for even the dimmest bulbs. Much more than Contact! and essential for those who have attended training and those that plan to go. I couldn’t be happier. The condensate of numerous FMs and TTPs, this is something a TL puts in his ruck or leg…[Read more]

God bless those men. It looks like one big danger area. We don’t know why they are so exposed.
It seemed like the go-pro picked up the rounds ripping past. Before I noticed anyone getting hit, that sound was foreshadowing.
Fighting through the fear. Those guys were incredible.
