Worth the $$ but a XL-2XL is about all it will fit.
Doesn’t look like I can edit the old post, so I will drop the video I made today of me talking through the updated setup.
Nothing radical in change, but I do find the “Brit belt” setup to work best outside of vehicle ops, and I don’t anticipate that being much of an issue in SHTF.
You can always open the belt to get more comfortable driving with…[Read more]
Thanks, as with everything… mine has change since posting. I’m loaded up on a full suspender “warbelt” setup now and running slick PC.
I’ve also changed the contents quite a bit. I will try to update my post sometime this week.
NV rated cerakote is the bomb, but as soon as you add a wrap/paint/etc to it, it’s defeated. Also you have to have LEO customers and be a certified applicator to get NIC to sell it to you. :(
I tried, they censored it every time.
What would you call it if I “got on board” with your word only because you asked and not because I was “on board?”
I don’t, that’s why there was a question mark behind it. It’s a question. Was this the first post about it and asking for support?
Well that helps clarify things.
To use your own words… “what do you even know about that?”…[Read more]
I’m not going to respond to your last post since you are reading way too far into it and probably stopped listening already.
The above post about covers it. Go tell him to get on board or “man up” as he is telling you and me both and worry about the fight on the ground…[Read more]
Because I don’t believe it’s a good word to represent the cause. Noting personal, just don’t like it and think time would give us a a more representative “title” instead of trying to force this one to fit.
The whole reverse psychology thing ain’t working for me.
The speed at which the decision was made (if this was the first post on it?)…[Read more]
If you say so. I’ll believe it when I see “doomsday rationalist” on NATGEO. ;)
I’ve moved the covered pistol mags on strong side to weakside (got rid of kydex single) in front of rifle mags and replaced that spot with the LRF since taking these photos.
Old photo of rifle. Using spare TLR-1 (kept off rifle until needed) in place of 6P, and VDG is gone.

Citizen Soldier always sounded right when I found the website.
Not very catchy though.
Read it and went to one of his LEO seminars. Book has questionable “facts” that I can not substantiate, but have the JDLR feel to them.
At the seminar I went to in 2003/4 he sounded like COPS were the only “sheepdogs” that were professional enough to carry a Glock.
Good speaker, just not impressed with the speech.
I thought you were looking for a description of yourself and others like minded, not what to call “preppers” instead.
Patriot seems to fit, but I don’t know you.
“God / Family / Country, only two are worth fighting for these days and I doubt we can change that without a Restoration by Patriots.”
Just my $0.02
Thanks! This is exactly what I’ve been looking for!
Fun toy but waste of time IMO. If you are running squad level arms in firefights, the last thing you care about at that point is NFA laws.
Answer to an non-problem.
I like it but it’s too long. I was distracted by a passing bunny rabbit before I got past “RATION” and forgot what the topic was. :)
I think PATRIOT sums it up, but most have no clue what that is.
I started my own training as a “practical rifle” sport through my local gun club.
They sent an email out to members saying that “anyone that wants to start a new shooting discipline just needs to step up as the director” so I made my own up, http://www.mrpc.info/pr and started training what I can on the 600yd range we have.
Most days I’m by myself,…[Read more]
@DuaneH nailed it.
Stretch your carbine setup first.
Thanks for the tip! Just ordered a custom of my AO with public land marking and UTM grid in place of lon/lat.
$22.95 delivered and folded laminate. Not cheap but for an AO map, worth it to me.
I had been making my own but it takes (3) 7.5m maps to cover the same area that I want to use, so mytopo was a nice find.
PS> I prefer to use the…[Read more]
